For Admission in this college candidates have to apply on prescribed Application Form obtaining from College office Counter on payment. The aspiring candidates have to appear in the admission test on fixed date prior information of which will be given by the College. Only selected candidate out the test may be allowed to take admission in the college.

Eligibility to take admission to B.Ed. Course :

The National Policy on Education (1986) and its revised version (1992) says that the status of teachers reflects the socio-cultural philosophy of a society Situated in the vicinity of the Dhanbad., Rajeev Gandhi Memorial Teachers Training College was beginning session on 2010. It is applying affiliation to the Ranchi University and approved by the National Council of Teacher Education (NCTE).

1 Graduates from any Recognized University, Agricultural University, Open University and Deemed University in, Arts, Science, Commerce, Home Science And Agriculture Science are eligible to appear at admission test.

2 Along with the graduates, the candidates appearing for degree examinations of March/April of the academic year from any Recognized University, Agricultural University, Open University, and Deemed University in; Arts, Science, Commerce, Home Science, Agriculture Science are eligible to appear at admission test.

3 Candidates having equivalent degrees of the other Universities are not eligible for B.Ed course e.g. Sanskrit-Shastri Degree-Sahitya-Sudhakar.

4 For applicants of open Category other than Backward class (OBC) and Special Backward Class (SBC) Category minimum 45% marks in degree examination inessential. For applicants of schedule caste minimum 40% in degree examination is required.
